  • You can log in by clicking on the Log in tab.
  • If you have forgotten your password, use the Request new password tab.

Why do you need to register?

When you have a user account you can log in with your own Username or e-mail address, and Password. You will then be able to access content that is only available to registered Website visitors. For example, if you are an existing CyberSafe customer or Partner, you will have full access to the CyberSafe Case Management system and Knowledge Base.

How to register?

In order to register, so that you are issued with a user account, you need to:

  1. Provide the information requested in the form below. Fields marked with an * are required.
  2. Check your e-mail inbox, for an e-mail from WebMaster@CyberSafe.com, and follow the instructions in that e-mail.
  3. You will then be logged into the CyberSafe Website.
Account information
Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.

Please choose a password for your account; it must be at least 6 characters.
